My name is Susan Carman. I was born and raised in Northeast Georgia where I currently reside on the beautiful Lake Hartwell. My husband is a career military serviceman and Blackhawk pilot for the United States Army. Our son is currently attending Ole Miss Law School. I am retired from 32 years in education with 20 of those as a high school college and career counselor. My education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Georgia, a Master of Education Degree in School Counseling from Clemson University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University. My biggest joy as a college and career counselor is helping you, the student, succeed in finding a post secondary environment that fits you and where you can reach your goals and earn that much coveted degree!
My consulting style is to work one on one with the student or with the student and their parent(s) in the extensive college application process. I will guide each student through each step and be a resource they can refer to along the way. I will individualize each step of the process to meet the needs and goals of the individual with whom I am working.
