The Way We Work

1.

We get to know you and your student

A Tutorly concierge will schedule a free consultation call, so we can understand your student’s specific learning needs and personally match your student with the best tutor.

2.

We assess your student’s current strengths and areas for improvement

Ahead of the first tutoring session, the student will upload a copy of a recent assessment test or homework assignment so that their tutor can gauge where the student is at and target areas for improvement.

3.

We create custom curriculum and lesson plans

Students send in homework via text or email, which tutors review in advance in order to prepare personalized lesson plans.

4.

We track your student’s progress

Learning doesn’t end when the session does. Students and tutors update a shared document which tracks each student’s progress, areas for improvement, and upcoming assessments. Tutors also assign homework after each lesson to ensure the student has mastered all key material covered.

5.

We keep you informed of your student’s progress

Your Tutorly concierge will provide regular email and phone check-ins to update you on your student’s progress and answer any questions you may have.
